By accessing or purchasing from Luxora ("we", "us", "our") at luxorareels.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users worldwide.

2. Products & Intellectual Property

Luxora sells digital video content ("Reels") for use in social media content creation. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual commercial license to use the purchased content for personal and commercial purposes, including on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms.

• You may add your own branding, captions, or music to the reels.
• You may use the reels for paid brand deals and sponsored content.
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or package the raw files as a product for others to purchase.
• You may not claim the raw video content as your own original creation.
• Luxora retains full ownership and copyright of all original video content.

3. Instant Delivery & Access

All products are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation. Download links are provided via email or direct access. It is your responsibility to download and store your files. Luxora is not responsible for files lost due to account changes or email issues after initial delivery.

4. Permitted Use

Your license grants you the right to use Luxora content across all major social media platforms for commercial and non-commercial purposes. The license is granted to the individual purchaser and is non-transferable. Use across multiple brand accounts owned by you is permitted.

5. Prohibited Use

• Reselling or redistributing raw video files to third parties.
• Packaging Luxora content in competing digital product bundles.
• Using content in any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful manner.
• Claiming original copyright ownership over the content.

6. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€). Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Luxora reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Your purchase price is locked at the time of transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luxora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our content or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your purchase. We make no guarantees regarding specific results, follower growth, or income generated from use of our content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international digital commerce law. Disputes shall be resolved in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes are subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised rules.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the effective date of the latest revision at the top of this document.
