Upon completing a purchase on luxorareels.com, Luxora Digital ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use the purchased digital video content ("Content") for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
All original video content sold by Luxora remains the exclusive intellectual property of Luxora Digital. This license grants you the right to use the Content — not to own it. Luxora retains all copyright, moral rights, and ownership of the original works in perpetuity.
Your purchase grants you usage rights only. No transfer of ownership or copyright takes place as a result of this transaction.
Your license is perpetual — it does not expire. There are no subscription fees, renewal requirements, or expiry dates on your purchased license. Once purchased, you may use the Content for as long as you wish, on any platform, without additional payment.
The license is also irrevocable, meaning Luxora cannot rescind your right to use previously purchased Content so long as you comply with the terms of this agreement.
There is no restriction on the number of times you may post or publish the Content, nor on the number of platforms you use it on. One license purchase covers unlimited posting across all platforms indefinitely.
If you are a social media manager, content agency, or creative professional, you may use purchased Content on behalf of your clients. Each individual purchaser's license covers their use of the Content in a professional capacity. You may not, however, resell the raw Content files directly to clients as a separate product.
Luxora reserves the right to terminate your license if you are found to be in material breach of this agreement — specifically, if you are found to be reselling, redistributing, or making the raw files available for others to download without a valid license. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Content and delete all downloaded files.
The Content is provided "as is." Luxora makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Content's suitability for any particular purpose or its fitness for use on any specific platform. Platform policies may change independently of Luxora's control.
